Employees are expected to provide high quality Relaxation/Therapeutic Massages in a professional manner and deliver an exceptional massage experience. Requirements: A strong desire to help others through the healing benefits of massage, a positive attitude, good communication skills, strong work ethic, & is reliable.
Job responsibilities:
– Educate clients on massage therapy and the benefits of services
– Be proficient in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and/or other therapeutic techniques
– Excellent interpersonal skills
Job qualifications:
– Massage certification/diploma and NJ license
– Malpractice insurance
– Ability to work nights & weekends
– Flexible schedule
Compensation: 50% commission & tips
