Event Cancelation Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in our events at the Center for the Healing Arts. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations and rescheduling in a fair and efficient manner. Please review our event cancellation policy outlined below:

  • No-Show Policy

    In the event of a no-show without prior communication, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. No-shows hinder our ability to accommodate participants on our waitlist and disrupt the scheduling of our events.

  • Cancellation by Participant

    Participants who wish to cancel their registration must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund.

    To cancel, please call our office at 856-552-2273 and leave a message if you are unable to speak with a representative. Calling is the preferred method of cancellation, but you may also send an email to hello@centerforthehealingartsnj.com.

  • Cancellation by Center for the Healing Arts

    In the unlikely event that we must cancel an event, all registered participants will be promptly notified, and a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.

  • Rescheduling by Center for the Healing Arts

    If an event needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be notified of the new date.

    If the rescheduled date is not suitable for a registered participant, they may cancel their registration following the same 48-hour notice guidelines as outlined above.

Please note that refunds for cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our event cancellation policy.
