Reiki brings the body, mind and spirit back into balance, which then allows the body to heal and fight off disease. Anyone can be taught the Usui System of Natural Healing.
In a Reiki 1 class; persons are attuned to the energy and learn the history of Reiki, the basic hand positions for the treatment and ways to use Reiki in their own lives and in service to others.
At the completion of Reiki 1 class, you will be a Certified Reiki Practitioner, able to give yourself a full Reiki treatment.
No materials needed to attend. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for an experiential learning environment.
