Spa Policies
Service Procedures
Spa Policies cover both Student Clinic and our Professional Spa
Health and Medical Conditions:
Clients are required to complete a client intake form informing practitioners of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before the service.
Practitioners have the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.
Professional Conduct:
Clients are expected to treat practitioners and staff with respect.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.
Confidentiality:
Practitioners will maintain client confidentiality regarding personal and health information.
Clients participating in Student Clinic understand that their information may be shared in the classroom for the purpose of education.
No Photos or Recordings Policy:
For the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, photography, videography, audio recordings, or any form of electronic recording is strictly prohibited in our massage suites during massage sessions.
Valuables and Personal Items:
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
The clinic/spa is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Appointment Confirmation Policy:
Clients are asked to confirm their appointments to secure their booking.
We make every effort to remind clients of their appointments through automated confirmation reminders, text messages, and phone calls.
Failure to confirm appointments may result in cancellation of the appointment to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.
No-Call No-Show Policy:
A no-call no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice and does not communicate with us to cancel or reschedule.
To maintain fairness and efficiency in our scheduling system, we enforce a three-strike policy for no-call no-show incidents.
After the first occurrence, a warning will be issued to the client, reminding them of the importance of timely communication for cancellations or rescheduling.
Upon the second occurrence, a second warning will be issued, emphasizing the impact of their actions on our students, therapists, and other clients.
If a client accumulates three no-call no-show incidents, they will be unable to book future appointments with us, as it disrupts our operations and affects the ability of other clients to access our services.
Clients who have reached the three-strike limit may be considered for rebooking after a specified cooling-off period, subject to review and approval by management.
Minors Policy:
We do not accept minors as clients in our Student Clinic.
In our Professional Spa, minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the massage suite by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of the session.
In our Professional Spa, minors 16 and older may receive a massage if their parent or guardian has signed our Client Intake Form giving their approval and acknowledgement.
Payment and Gratuity:
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory.
Nondiscrimination Policy:
Our Student Clinic and Professional Spa are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status recognized by applicable laws.
Discrimination or harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or visual harassment, will not be tolerated. All clients and practitioners are expected to treat each other with dignity and respect.
Equal Access to Services:
All clients have equal access to our services, programs, and facilities, without any form of discrimination.
We strive to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities to ensure they can fully participate in and benefit from our services.
Gender-Inclusive Spaces:
We provide gender-inclusive spaces and accommodations to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and respected during their visit.
Clients may request a practitioner of a specific gender for their service.
Reporting Discrimination:
Clients or practitioners who experience or witness any form of discrimination are encouraged to report it promptly to the clinic/spa management.
Reports will be treated confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken to address and resolve the issue.
Accessible Facilities:
Our facilities are designed to be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
If any client requires specific accommodations, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
